Yes, completing the final headcount form is essential. It ensures we have accurate numbers for food, seating, supplies, and preparation.

Yes! We are inviting attendees who would like to help support the reunion to volunteer during any of the weekend events. If you’re interested in assisting, you can sign up by filling out the volunteer forms below.

Registration fees help cover venue costs, food, supplies, and reunion materials that are paid for in advance. While generally non-refundable, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Sponsor benefits include:
Recognition on event signage, printed content, website, and social media
Shoutouts during reunion events
Option to display your own personal or business signage at the venues

T-shirts may be picked up at any of the reunion events taking place during the weekend. Please ask one of our friendly volunteers for information.

Please come as you are! The welcome reception is relaxed and casual — feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable as we kick off a fun reunion weekend together.

Yes! Volunteers will be on hand to greet you and point you in the right direction. A check-in area with name tags will be available when you arrive.

Noble Savage offers complimentary valet parking, making arrival quick and convenient for all guests.

Food and beverages are available for purchase. Noble Savage has a full menu of food and beverages available for purchase throughout the evening. You may also visit their website to view their menu in advance.

Yes, you may bring a plus one if you have paid the guest fee. All attendees must be 21 or older. If you would like to bring a guest and have not paid the guest fee, please contact Alan Weiss at (504) 438-5231 to arrange payment.

SCHOOL TOUR & PICNIC AT CADDO MAGNET HIGH SCHOOL

Please meet in front of the school, volunteers will be on hand near the parking lot to welcome you with a smile and guide you to the tour’s starting point. We can’t wait to kick off the day with you!

The school tour begins promptly at 10:30 AM. We encourage guests to arrive early to ensure they do not miss the beginning of the tour.

Please park in the paved parking lot on campus, which will be available for all reunion guests. Volunteers will help direct you if needed.

Wear your reunion T-shirts and comfortable attire. The predicted temperature over the last week has changed daily. Please check the weather forecast the day of and prepare accordingly.

Absolutely, bring the whole family! We’re delighted to host everyone, including children. Please be sure to include your children as guests on the final headcount form so we can plan accordingly.

You do not need to bring your own food to the picnic. However, we are inviting alumni to help provide food and supplies to make the event even better. If you would like to volunteer or contribute items, please submit the form.

Outdoor seating will be available but is limited, so to ensure that everyone has a comfortable place to sit, you are welcome to bring your own seating if you would like. Helpful options include portable chairs or picnic blankets, although bringing your own seating is not required.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and tables will not be reserved or assigned.

Yes! CMHS now has a beautiful outdoor performance stage, and we’re excited to welcome classmates who want to show off a hidden talent. If you would like to participate, please submit the performance sign-up form. We will also have family friendly music playing during the event.
Examples of talents you can showcase include:
Singing
Dancing
Poetry or spoken word
Stand-up comedy
Musical instruments
Magic tricks
Storytelling
Cheer, step, or spirit performances
Any unique or fun talent you’d like to share!

Rain is not predicted on the day of the picnic, but just in case the weather changes, we are in the process of securing an indoor area to utilize during the event.
CLASS REUNION & SILENT AUCTION AT SCI-PORT

Dress to impress! We are turning back the clock and bringing back the magic of our senior prom. Feel free to dress as if you are attending prom night all over again. Have fun with it and make it memorable!

The reunion begins at 6:00 PM. Please check in at the welcome table, located inside the entrance to the left. Our volunteers will be there to greet you.

Feel free to sit wherever you like! Seating is open, and guests are welcome to choose any of the provided tables.

Yes, there will be light bites provided throughout the evening for you to enjoy while you mingle and take part in the evening’s activities.

Per Sci-Ports event contract: Free parking, is available to Host and its invitees in Sci-Port Discovery Center's Lake Street parking lot on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available in nearby public parking areas. Sci-Port is not responsible for vehicle damages or theft, regardless of parking location.

Absolutely! We are still accepting donations from both individuals and businesses for the silent auction. If you’d like to contribute, please submit the silent auction donation form. We truly appreciate your support!

Silent auction payments will be accepted via Venmo. Instructions for submitting payment will be provided at the checkout table after the winners are announced.

Of course! There will be a cash bar available where you can purchase a variety of beverages throughout the evening.

No, this is an adults-only event, and all attendees, including plus ones, must be 21 or older. You may bring a plus one if you paid the guest fee during registration. If you would like to add a guest and did not pay the guest fee, please contact Alan Weiss at (504) 438-5231 to arrange payment. All additional guests must be added by December 8th.

You can pick up your T-shirt at any time before you leave. Our volunteers will direct you to the T-shirt pickup location.

The brunch is casual. Dress comfortable and relaxed as we wrap up the reunion weekend together.

Seating is first-come, first-served. Arrive whenever you are ready, grab a spot, and enjoy a relaxed brunch with classmates.

Guests will pay individually for their meals at the brunch.

Yes, parking is available on-site at Strawn’s Eat Shop Too.
